A Year of Multisport Success: Thank You, Fort McMurray!
We want to pause and express our deepest gratitude to the athletes, coaches, and the community that make our programs so special. To the young athletes, ages 8 to 17, who bring such incredible energy to the Social Swim Program, thank you. Whether you are trying triathlon for the first time or already love the sport, your willingness to build healthy habits, learn new skills, and connect with peers in a safe, social space has been truly inspiring.
We also want to send a huge shoutout to the participants aged 18 and up in the adult program. Thank you for bringing a welcoming, social atmosphere and proving that training can be a fun, low-pressure way to stay active. Seeing you come together to keep your fitness rolling and cheer each other on without the stress of competition is exactly what this community is all about.
None of this would be possible without our coaches, Borrey and Kory, who provide such a supportive, flexible environment for everyone. Finally, a massive thank you to the city of Fort McMurray for hosting these programs. We are incredibly grateful to utilize the fantastic facilities at MacDonald Island Park on C.A. Knight Way. This location provides the perfect spot for our community to train, build confidence, and grow together across the year. Thank you all for making these programs a resounding success!
The program will be returning in October and we hope to see you all there!
