ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the end of every season, Triathlon Alberta hosts our Annual General Meeting (AGM). All Triathlon Alberta members are invited to attend the AGM and all Triathlon Alberta members over the age of 16 are entitled to vote on proposed resolutions.

ANNUAL GENERAL MINUTES

Triathlon Alberta members are encouraged to review the minutes from previous years prior to the AGM and forward questions by email to info@triathlonalberta.ca. 

2026 AGM Reports

The Annual General Meeting of the Alberta Triathlon Association was held on May 25, 2026 (the "2026 AGM"). As quorum for the 2026 AGM was not met, per the Bylaws, the Board is sending the Minutes of the 2026 AGM to Members and posting the Minutes on the ATA website. If you believe any of the business transacted at the 2026 AGM should be rescinded, you may submit to the Board a written request for a special meeting seeking to rescind business passed at the meeting within 30 days of this email, by emailing board@triathlonalberta.ca. If no request for a special meeting is received by the Board within 30 days, then all business transacted at the 2026 AGM shall be deemed to have been lawfully passed.
