Edmonton Triathlon Academy – Youth Coach Job Opportunity
The Edmonton Triathlon Academy (ETA), a sanctioned club of Triathlon Alberta, is seeking a Youth Triathlon Coach to join their coaching team.
ETA is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit sport organization dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential in a supportive and flexible training environment. With programming that ranges from development opportunities for ages 8–12 to high-performance pathways for youth through U23 athletes, ETA plays a key role in building the next generation of triathletes in Alberta.
This new coaching position will focus on leading the Swim, Run, Fun development program for 8–12 year olds, while also supporting the growth of ETA’s overall programming. Working alongside Head Coach Glen Playfair and the club’s Board of Directors, the successful candidate will deliver engaging training sessions, support athletes at training camps and competitions, and contribute to the recruitment and development of youth athletes in Edmonton and area.
This is a part-time, contract role (5–7 hours per week, evenings and weekends) with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
