Duties and Responsibilities of Various Positions
General Manager or Alternate must be present in the Casino at all times.
Ensures that cheques and all paperwork are signed at the end of the second day to meet expenses.
The GM must be able to operate the Casino Track Computer system and training will be provided by the advisor during the casino event.
The banker controls the chip and cash floats in the cash cage.
Responsible for documentation of all cash and chip transfers from the main float. The document is recorded in the Casino Track system.

Cashiers are responsible for cashing out players chips. Experience in handling cash is a definite asset. This position is the most interactive one with the public.
All chips are now tracked by the Casino Track System. Chip runners will be expected to operate a hand held computer that is utilized in tracking all chip transactions. Chip Runners will also be transferring the chips from the main bank to the table games and vice versa, always in the presence of Casino security. Expect to be busy at the start and end of each day.
Count Room Supervisor
With the assistance of the count room Advisor, the Count Room Supervisor maintains records in the Casino Track System of all cash and chip counts performed by count room staff. The supervisor does not actually handle cash or chips.
Assists the Count Room Supervisor record information into the Casino Track System.
Amalgamates all the cash from the boxes retrieved from each of the table games. Experience in the use of a currency counting machine and handling cash is a definite asset in this position.
Counts cash by running it through a currency counting machine.
